This month for the Cookie Carnival we got to make Strawberry Shortcake Cookies! Not long after I heard that, I saw them featured at Martha Stewart for her Cookie of the Day. These were great little cookies! They are best eaten on the first day because by the second day, they turn sticky and too soft. So bake a batch and share! I used my small scooper, but would probably use a little more cookie dough (maybe 3 TBL worth) so they aren’t so tiny. You can find the recipe for them here (...)
