Just How Long Can a Sweet Pepper Plant Last? by Glenna

Until mid-February by my experience. I brought my favorite sweet pepper plant in last fall to see how long it would stay alive and keep producing indoors.  Not as prolific as outdoors, but still consistently peppering through the late fall and early winter, but by New Year it slacked off.  Its stem has become weakened and a few leaves have fallen, but still it managed to produce two last peppers for me that I allowed to ripen naturally before I pulled them and gave the plant it's f (...)
