I know, it sounds like a cop-out doesn’t it? I’m just so busy at the moment, that I find myself preparing yet another easy-peasy dish as I am so time poor. I don’t consider it shameful to use a jar of bought curry paste. It’s such a handy fridge standby. The bottom line is always that the family need to be fed, and this is how I did it today.
