A meal in one and this dish has some of my favorite ingredients! Kaffir lime is a type of lime found in Indonesia and Malaysia and commonly used in Southeast Asian cuisine. The kaffir lime is a rough, bumpy green fruit that grows on a very thorny bush with aromatic and distinctively shaped “double” leaves.
