Ingredients
1 kg karalas2 teaspoon red chilli powder ( or to taste)1 teaspoon turmeric powder2 teaspoon salt ( or to taste )Oil for deep frying1 large onion, finely chopped1 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped1/2 cup grated coconutJuice of 1 lime
Method
Lightly scrap skin of the
karela and then wash in cold water.
Slice karelas ( Or slice karelas in the processor bowl, using the slicer disc ).
Sprinkle chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt over
