Ingredients
1 kg palak ( spinach ) leaves1/2 cup water1 large tomato, pureed2 tablespoon green chillies, pureed1 large onion, sliced in thin strips4 medium spring onions, diced4 tablespoon mustard oil or refined oil2 tablespoon mustard seedsSalt to taste
Method
In a large pot, steam the palak leaves with 1/2 cup of water, until this leaves reduce to one fourth their original quantity. Set aside.
