KERALA FISH FRY
Ingredients
500 g Pearl spot ( Karimeen ) / Pomfret/ Mackeral1 teaspoon salt ( or to taste )2 teaspoon lime juiceCoconut oil for frying
Ingredients for marination
2 teaspoon red chilli powder1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder1/4 teaspoon pepper powder5 cloves of garlic5 small onions
Grind to a smooth paste of masala ingredients and keep aside.
