Serves : 4Time required : 15 minutes plus fermenting time Ingredients 100 g flour100 g curd250 g desi ghee2 cups ( 480 ml ) waterFor the sugar syrup250 g sugar2 cups ( 480 ml ) waterA few strands of saffron To prepare sugar syrup Bring the sugar and water to a boil in a flat heavy bottomed pan.
