I know sausages or hotdogs appeal to kids no matter what but I still like a little presentation for the kiddo. I cut or slice the sausages for juice to come out but I usually play around to create interesting shapes. And this is my latest experiment. Make diagonal slices on one side of the sausage as shown before cooking. Easy, but it does perk up an ordinary meal for kids. Hay nako… patok yan sa anak ko! He calls it… “special sausage.” Duh!
