Full day in the kitchen yesterday and I loved it. Like a long walk, it’s meditative. Like art journalling, it’s a creative outlet. And it’s just plain fun. Plus, it results in delicious food. Or at least the hope of delicious food. Yesterday I started several projects. I’m sprouting lentils and wheat berries. When both have sprouted, my plan is to turn them into a raw/living bread-like (closer to cracker probably) product I can use to satisfy that grainy, nutty, salt (...)
