Ingredients
Milk – 720 mlSaffron -0.5 gSemolina ( suji ) – 40 gSugar – 50 gKhoya _100gKewda essence- 3 mlCashew nuts – 22 gPistachios – 22g
Method
1, Boil the milk and
saffron together, stirring all the time, for 3-4 minutes.
2, Add
semolina to the boiling milk and stir continuously, until the milk thickens to a sauce – like consistency.
3, Add sugar, khoya and kewda essence and cook it for a further 2-3 minutes.
