Ingredients
Whole wheat flour: 2 cupsRawa: 2 teaspoonAjwain: 1 teaspoonMilk: 1/2 cupWarm water: 1/2 cupSalt to tasteGhee: 2-3 tablespoon
Method
Mix the atta, rawa and salt. Add ajwain. Add milk and water and make a dough.
Make a ball and roll out a thick chappati.
Spread ghee all over. Sprinkle dry atta over it.
Cut a slit from outer edge till the centre and roll in such a way so as to form a cone.
Press the cone gently and roll out making a
paratha.
