Bread 500g/1.1 lb flour1 egg +1 egg yolk¼ cup oil7g/¼ oz, 1 packet, yeast1 Tsp sugar1 ½ tsp saltAbout 1 ½ cup milk and water mix, warm Start the yeast in a small bowl with a tsp of sugar, and a little bit of warm milk.
