I’m trying to get all my summer recipes up before it’s over! Some of my soups and my creamy tofu pasta sauce are going to have to wait…. I have a few salads and things like that, and a really simple dish involving peaches that I’ve been meaning to post (hopefully tomorrow). In the meantime, here’s a really basic salad, you’ve probably seen in one variation or another before. I’ve thrown in my own twist by adding soy sauce. (Also, an update from the (...)
