Sunday and Monday nights are our TV night, Midsomer Murders on Sunday night and the History Channel on Monday Night. If you noticed, I normally whip up something real quick on these two nights.
Pasta is the way to go if you need a real quick and tasty meal, anyone disagree?
Last nights dinner was
lemon grass minced beef pasta- a very Asian type of
pasta. I loved the fragrance from the
lemon grass; I think it goes well with the
