I am posting about another recipe I slightly adapted from Fine Cooking. Actually, I discovered this website only 3 weeks ago and tonight was the third recipe I tried from it. They all hit the spot! For dinner tonight, I chose to make the Lemony Orzo with Tuna and Artichoke Hearts recipe. The major change I made to this recipe was to substitute the canned tuna by some fresh tuna.
