This is it folks, the moment you’ve been waiting for.  I am cohosting Tackling Bittman!  I do so hope I don’t mess up somehow.  Believe me, if there is a way to cohost wrongly, I will find it.  But for right now, I am going to think positive and proceed like I know what I’m doing. For this recipe, I turned to a book that, unfortunately, I don’t use often enough, Mark Bittman’s Kitchen Express: 404 inspired seasonal dishes you can make in 20 minutes or less.
