Summer is officially here. I love the season, but it tends to be too warm to be cooking  a lot of food in the kitchen. Rather than heat up the house, I made as delicious summer salad recipe that I saw in the Everyday with Rachael Ray magazine which inspired me.  It was a chicken salad with poblano buttermilk dressing.
