Did you thought I forgot TWD this week? Not a chance! I mixed these up and baked them last evening and tonight when I got home from work I did the jam filling and snapped my photos! I must admit, last evening after I baked the cookie and tried one (spread with nutella) I thought I wouldn’t like it. I think it is just that the Nutella didn’t match the cookie.
