Pie baking is off to a good start. I should have started earlier in the day, though, instead of screwing around for so long. Right now I have 2 pies baked, and 2 more to go. I’ve baked a pecan and chocolate pecan, and I still need to make the apple and pumpkin. Mom decided that I should bake the pumpkin this year, so that threw me off a little bit.
