Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving, full of family/friends time and a few days away from the daily grind. =) It was nice not have to worry about where my next meal would come  for the four days spent back home in CT. My parents made sure we were well fed – I’m convinced that I was on a consistent 3-4 hour eating cycle.
