Our neighbor Nancy gave us some lobsters last week. I decided to make some
lobster rolls out of it. This classic New England
lobster rolls, a basic hot dog bun filled with
lobster salad. There are no fancy seasonings here; the
lobster is showcased of this
rolls. It is just a simple mayonnaise dressing with a bit of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
