It’s been a long time that I baked macarons, but this week I felt like baking them again. My first success was the Daring Bakers challenge, that was the third trial, and the only occassion when they had a high feet. I have no idea, why since then I didn’t reach that, because I bake them the exact same way. Though, I was still very happy with the next bunch and that saffron ganache is still the over all favourite of my family and friends, I rather prefer a good classic dark chocolate (...)
