Christmas is approaching, but I am about to write a post about Thanksgiving dinner. How outdated this feels! Sorry about the prolonged absence. Let me share with you these little French cuties – macaroons! I am so glad that I was successful on the first try. The texture is a perfect balance of a crunchy outside and chewy inside.
