You will need
For koftas:
Potatoes, boiled and mashed - 4-5 medium
Cottage cheese (paneer), grated - 50 grams ( 50 to 100 g )
Green chillies, seeded and chopped finely - 2
Chopped fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon
Cornflour/ corn starch - 1/4 cup ( 50 g )
Salt to taste ( or 1/2 teaspoon )
