When I saw these Malted Milk Blondies on Cookiemadness.net, one of my favorite blogs, I knew I had to make them. We loooove us some blondies. PLUS I have practically a whole container of malted milk powder left over from our Malted Milk Ice Cream. I wanted to make the full batch, so I went to the original source.
