recipes I prepared for
Ganesh Chaturthi, This was part of the third neivedyams, I had made Fried Modak, coconut jaggary
Kozhukattai and
Mani Kozhukattai. Typically
Mani Kozhukattai is made with the excess rice flour dough you have and the excess Ulundu filling. Though I made it specially for prasadam, one can make this as an evening snack for kids if your kids happen to enjoy this.
