This is a great standby recipe that I often make. It seems that I always have a bag of organic
carrots and an herb on some kind in the crisper. Like most working folks I gravitate towards recipes that are quick and delicious for weeknight dinners. Once the prep is done, turn on the oven, mix all ingredients and bake.
I usually add some water to
carrots and cover it with foil while baking. This allows the
