Serves - 4Time required – 20 minutes plus marinating timeIngredients 12 mackerels , cleaned , washed and slit lengthwise5 ½ teaspoon chilli powder1 ½ teaspoon thick tamarind pasteSalt to taste1 ½ teaspoon turmeric powderOil for frying Method Place the fish in a flat tray.
