Methi Chaman
Ingredients
500 g palak200 g paneer25 g khoya25 g kasoori methi1 tablespoon cooking oil100 g tomato ( chopped )100 g onion ( chopped )1 tablespoon garam masala powderSalt to taste1 tablespoon fresh cream for garnishing
Method
Boil palak and drain water. Make a paste and fry paste in cooking oil. Add khoya, tomato, chopped onion, salt and remaining ingredients. Cover with a lid and cook for 8 - 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh cream.
