A forum member on N.com was asking if Maltesers would work in
muffins. And I replied, “Can’t see why not”. So, of course I just had to see if they really did.
This is what I did.2 cups S.R. Flour. (Well sifted)(Minus 3 tablespoons)3/4 cup Castor Sugar.2 large Eggs.3/4 cup Milk.1/2 cup Rice Bran Oil.3 tablespoons Horlicks.1 cup chopped Maltesers.12 Maltesers cut in half. (For deco later)
