  The July Daring Bakers’ challenge was hosted by Nicole at Sweet Tooth. She chose Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Cookies and Milan Cookies from pastry chef Gale Gand of the Food Network. We were given a choice of making both cookies or only one of them. I chose to make the Milano cookies because I am not  a big marshmallow fan.
