These cookies come from one of my BFFs and I’ve been making them for a number of years at Christmas time. They are good anytime of year, of course… but I would think they’d be perfect for St.Patrick’s day! They are a *very* minty cookie, yet not terribly sweet. My kids love them, but I find these tend to satisfy more “adult” tastes. Enjoy!
