Earlier this week I promised my Mom’s cheeseball recipe. Every Christmas Eve growing up we would go to my paternal grandparent’s home. My dad came from a large family and most of them would come that same late afternoon or evening and everyone would bring a treat to pass. It was always such a fun time.
