My mother makes the most amazing dinner rolls. I finally got the recipe from her and made my first attempt at baking these delicious rolls. They are extremely easy to make using a bread machine. My mom is at a much higher elevation so she cooks her rolls for 12-15 minutes, but since we are near sea level, I cooked mine for 8-10 minutes. They are light, fluffy and so delicious. I can’t tell you how wonderful these rolls are fresh from the oven with butter. I could eat way too many of them. (...)
