On the way to an organic food and wine event one evening in Angers the lights over the Maine Riviere caught the imagination. The event was held in an historically old building across the river from the main centre of Angers. Someone said the vaulted building was an old grain store but the vaulted ceiling and church-like dimensions seemed far grander to me.
