I have been wanting to make something like this ever since I started getting big mushrooms in the vegebox, they are lovely simply roasted but they don’t go very far, but I did remember seeing a
mushroom burger stall Sporeboy at the Big Chill they have a website We are Sporeboys – where you can find them at a festival near you
All I did was cook the
mushroom whole with onions , garlic and a strong yet creamy orange cheese with blue veins Colton Basset Shropshire Blue
