For this weeks FOCS, I’ve gone for a classic apéritif,
Negroni.
Negroni is a simple drink to make - equal parts of Campari, Gin and Red Vermouth, stirred over ice and served with a garnish of orange peel.
It has its origins in Italy, Florence to be precise. Created in the early 1900’s for a Count Camillo
