Ingredients
1 cup butter or 200 g, melted1 tin NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g1½ teaspoons baking powder2 cups semolina or 320 g1 cup ground almonds or 100 g1 cup water or 250 ml
For the syrup:
2 cups sugar or 400 g1½ cups water or 375 ml1 teaspoon lemon juice1 tablespoon rose water2 tablespoons ground almonds
Preparation
Combine butter, NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk and baking powder and stir well. Add semolina, ground
almond and water and stir until well combined.
