Ingredients
400 g carrots, peeled and grated½ cup butter or 100 g1 tin NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g4 eggs1 cup caster sugar or 200 g1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 cup white self-raising flour or 140 g, sifted
PreparationMelt butter in a large saucepan, add the carrots and stir over medium heat for 5- 6 minutes, add NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk and stir for 6-8 minutes or until mixture caramelizes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
