Our last presentation from the Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation designers was Bibhu Mohapatra, one of my favorites of the week. And that, seriously, is saying a lot. Ecco Domani has managed to pick out the best and brightest new designers in every category, and some of the fastest growing names in fashion.
