Everybody had made & talked about this
bread. This week-end there was only Mathieu & I. Maxime was in Vancouver. So I wanted to baked a good
bread for his return. I decided to make the No-Knead
bread from the NY Times because it’s the fastest & easiest
bread that I have ever baked. It’s still as good as the first time I made it.
