These were my first attempt at vegetarian sausages ever, and I have to say, I'm quite fond of them now. Known as "Glamorgan sausages," these Welsh beauties are made with cheap and available ingredients but taste great. They're also pretty easy, and through my furthered laziness, I've managed to make them that much easier.
