The last time I made any reasonably intelligent “notes to self” was at Bristol University (see picture), during the time Brunel had a Saturday job there (joke! - he was working full time building bridges or some such thing during my time) This page will be to record my cooking notes that have so long been recorded on a scrap of paper and then lost or, even worse, written in pencil in the margin of a cookery book and are now no longer visible.
