Even though I have been enjoying the banana upside-down cake all week, I was craving more of that caramelized banana-y goodness. The chocolate and banana flavour combo in the cake reminded me of an oldie but a favorite, the nutella and banana sandwich and with that thought, I had to try the caramelized banana version!
