Of course you knew this was coming; I just had to try using some of the sweet and tangy onion chutney in a grilled cheese sandwich! I have really been enjoying trying new variations of grilled cheese sandwiches and I have discovered that chutneys, jams and preserves work really well in grilled cheese sandwiches and the onion chutney version was calling to me.
