Ingredients
Spinach – 150 gCabbage – 250 gFrench beans – 250 gPotatoes – 400 gGreen chillies – 3 gSalt – to tasteGinger paste – 5 g
Method
1, Wash vegetables. Tear spinach and cabbage leaves in half.
2, Trim French beans and break in half.
3, Peel and cut the potatoes into half – inch cubes.
4, Place 2 ½ cups of water in a pan and bring to boil over high heat.
5, Add vegetables and cook till tender.
6, Stir in green chillies and salt.
