hot sauce romulade 2 pickle spears, diced1 shallot, minced1/4 cup mayo1/2 teaspoon worchesetershire sauce1/2-1 teaspoon hot sauce*salt pepper
4 hoagie rolls1 tomato, sliced1 leaves Romaine lettuce
canola oil (for frying)
