While being transported from Kalibo to Caticlan courtesy of SEAIR, I met En Calvert, the lovely owner of Boracay’s best destination Spa called Tirta. While having an interesting conversation, I took the opportunity to ask about her favorite restaurant in the island and she immediately suggested “Ole Spanish Tapas Bar”.
