Samalamig or Palamig which literally means “Coolers” are prepared beverages sold on the streets or roadside. It usually contains sago or tapioca pearls and gulaman or jellies and flavored  with syrup from diferent fruit extracts. This is a great thirst quencher specially during Summer.
